Tablet filling and counting system consists of one hooper, two vibro feeding groups and the flaps as much as the number of feeding lines. The target filling number is entered into the system via the screen, the number of bottles to be filled is programmed in advance, the total number of tablets can be taken as a report.All surfaces of the tablets are made of 316 stainless steel material.
Recipes formed according to the type of tablet and sizes are selected from memory and 99 recipes can be stored.
Thanks to the dusting system, the dust in the tablet channels is transferred to the outside by means of dusting holes placed on the vibro transmission channels on the machine and the exit. In addition, the tablet is transferred to the dust vacuum system accumulated under the waiting tank.
